    For those still in the planning phase and need some guidance, we can put you in touch with one of our preferred architects or draftsmen to create tailored plans before diving into project discussions.

  • A scheduled phone consultation with our licensed builder is essential. We'll delve into project specifics like scope of work, anticipated start date and a ballpark budget.

    Establishing a preliminary budget is key before moving forward, ensuring we can tailor a solution fit to your needs.

    Duration: 10-30 minutes

    Cost: Free

  • Following our phone consultation, we'll set up an on-site meeting with our licensed builder. This involves a thorough site inspection, discussing your plans, budget and understanding your project objectives in-depth.

    What to expect?

    We'll cover preferred floor plans, layouts, style preferences, structural elements and budget considerations.

    This session is a chance for you to ask detailed questions about the building process and get to know our approach.

    What else?

    The consultation also provides an excellent opportunity to address any in depth questions you may have regarding the building process and to get a feel for your project.

    It’s also a great chance for you to get to know us, our approach to building and get a sense of how we can help as your builder.

    Duration: 60-120 minutes

    On-Site Consultation Fee: $295

  • Building on insights from the on-site consultation and provided documentation, we'll prepare a ballpark quotation.

    This provides an estimated project cost and helps guide further discussions and decisions.

  • With aligned information and approved plans, we can then proceed to providing you with a detailed construction quote.

    This includes refining the scope of work, presenting the final quotation and preparing an E-contract for you to sign, securing the start date.

  • Upon contract signing, preparations for the agreed-upon start date commence.

    Throughout construction, we maintain transparent communication to keep you updated on site progress.

    All work is licensed and insured in compliance with NSW legislative requirements.

  • Upon project completion, we provide you with the necessary documentation and inspections to obtain your Occupation Certificate, officially marking the handover of your space.

  • We provide detailed information on finishes, paint codes, brands, warranties and certificates.
